What do you want to accomplish in the next 10 years? In the next 2 years?

By 2033, I aim for Dognosis to have implemented a sustainable and affordable solution that delivers regular multi-cancer screening tests to the entire 1.4B + population of India, catching all 5M+ cancers at stage-1 when treatment is generally simple, successful and cost-effective. This solution would be gaining significant traction in other countries in the Global South and beyond, such that the majority of the world’s population are on track to never face what my grandmother did - an incurable ailment that painfully cuts short time with your loved ones. 

Dognosis would have also partnered with multiple national and international government bodies on implementing a new-age biosecurity shield - Global Nose - based on volatolomics technologies. Global Nose will provide disease screening capabilities that cut down bio-x-risk by detecting emergent disease transmission early.

By Oct 2025, Dognosis will have developed sophisticated non-invasive brain-computer interfaces for dogs (DogSense) and robust canine cognition ML encoding models (DogOS) that will be deployed with working dogs in 2 state-of-the-art disease detection centers (Dognostics Labs) in South India. We would have successfully completed two clinical trials (n=3000) and (n=15000) and struck at least three major partnerships with national healthcare providers, health insurance companies and diagnostic marketplaces. We will be on track to perform 500k multi-cancer screening tests in that year.
